This month, we’ve focused on one of the most overlooked parts of any property — the roof. Many issues go unnoticed because they are hard to see. Our roof inspection service provides a clear view without ladders or risk.
Using aerial imaging, we capture close-up views of roof damage and general wear, including broken tiles, rust, cracks, and loose materials. We also identify early signs of aging that may lead to future problems.
We check solar panels for dirt, shading, and loose mounts, and review solar hot water systems for visible wear or damage. While we do not test performance, these checks can highlight possible issues.
